MANASQUAN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH is seeking a full-time Business Administrator.
This role manages business operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and church donations. Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices, processing payments, preparing deposits, reconciling accounts, and assisting with the annual audit and budget process.
The Administrator will act as a liaison to the Finance Committee and work with an external accountant on monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
Requirements:
· Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
· Familiarity with ADP Payroll and PayPal
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Publisher
